Elliot Two Train 8 Day Striking Mantel Clock In A Basket Style Mahogany Case

This charming two train Elliot mantel clock is set in a rich mahogany case with brass bun feet and features an 8 day movement, striking on the bell - a platform escapement rather than pendulum. Thought to date back to the 1950s/60s, it has a brass dial and also retains the original Elliot key.
